class BlazeServerBuilder[F[_]] extends ServerBuilder[F] with IdleTimeoutSupport[F] with SSLKeyStoreSupport[F] with SSLContextSupport[F] with server.WebSocketSupport[F]

BlazeBuilder is the component for the builder pattern aggregating different components to finally serve requests.
